Hi! I'm Gracelyn Mitchell! 

I'm a young, 17-year-old sci-fi and fantasy writer from central Alabama. 

Writing has been a passion of mine since the first time I  was able to comprehend that I could create an entire world where anything and everything was possible (back in the days of Crayola crayons and stacks of printing paper stapled together)

My writing has since matured ( a lot!) more, and in 2017, I finished the rough draft of my first novel, Districts of Dust (which I am still revising today).

I created G.E.M With A Pen to give a space where writers of all levels and backgrounds can research, get inspired, get motivated, and make connections for their FABULOUS stories!
